Edit Interactions - cross filtering on visuals

I have various filters that I'm using so that columns appear dynamically in the matrix.   Those three filters are from the same field.  Versus having a long list of options I was trying to break it up into categories, ie. Geography, Store Details, etc.  (Each filter visual is filtered to specific columns only)  HOwever when I select one of the columns in one visual the others disappear (which makes sense) but is there a way to avoid this?  I tried to do edit interactions, but and turned off filtering on each of the respective visuals.

    Hi jcastr02 ,

Try creating this field as a separate dimension table and splitting it into three fields. Get the slicer value via selectvalue and then use if(max([field])=_s1||max([field])=_s2||max([field])=_s3,1,0), to set this measure value to 1 in the filter.

Please feel free to correct me and provide more information if I have misunderstood you!

    Hope it helps!

  • jcastr02 , Hope you have selected the visual one and Switch off the interaction visuals 2 and 3. Each visual is a driver for interaction. So you have select each one and disable the other.

If that has been done, and still now works. If this does not help
Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
