You can also try measure as below to create dynamic title:

            COUNTROWS ( selectedmonth ) = COUNTROWS ( ALL ( 'financials'[Date].[Month] ) ),

            CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( 'financials'[Date].[Month] ), 'financials'[Date].[Month], "," )
        )
