dynamic slicer based on data in visual

Sorry i misunderstand your reuirement completly Anonymous.
How you have create column in fact with checking in dim .
Filter = IF(FeitLeveringActueel[rLeveringStatus]=1 && RELATED(DimVoorziening[Wet])="Jeugdwet","Ja","Nee")
Try this. Hope you have relation between two tables.
I'm not sure about that, but you can create a measure like (1 is yes and 0 is no) for the 20suppliers that you want to have in the slicer.
Then put the slicer with the name of suppliers (100) and then put in the visual filter of the measure and filter by 1 and then in the slicer you should see only the 20 suppliers that you want.
Other option is to create a simple table (comand creating table o manually) with the list of 20 supllieres. then do a relation ship between both tables and then use the slicer taking into account the column of suppliers from the new table than the "big table"

ok, the first solution will help you i think (and i think is related to the lastest comment).
Can you create a measure that put yes or not, or 1 o 0 with the conditions to the active the suppliers day by day? with that, you can put this measure in the filter page level or in the filter of the slicer and the you will see only the suplliers that fullfil the condition of the measure
