If you want the selections made in the slicer to affect your scatter chart visual, I recommend paying attention to the following points:
- If the data in the slicer and the scatter chart come from the same table, the selections in the slicer will directly impact the scatter chart.
- If the data sources for the slicer and the scatter chart come from different tables, you will need to model the data to ensure that the filters from the slicer's data source table can be applied to the scatter chart's data source table.
