dynamic dimensions

Hey,

I found this link to create dynamic dimensions and this is exactly what i need:

http://www.leanx.eu/tutorials/dynamic-dimensions-in-power-bi

In the link as you see further, there is a part that looks as follows:

 I would like to understand how the Document and Dimension column came from the "Dimension" and "Purchase" Table

  • Hi Anonymous,

    Could you please tell me if your problem has been solved? If it is, could you please mark the helpful replies as Answered?

    Hi Anonymous,

    Based on my test, you could crossjoin the different columns in the query editor:

    Create a blank query and add code in advanced editor:

    let
        Source = Table1[A]
    in
        Source

    Convert the list to table and add customer column:

    Apply it and you could create the relatinships.

    You could also download the pbix file to have a view.

    Regards,
