Drill throught the date
Hi there.
Herean example of a graph with some information about production dataset divided by months. https://we.tl/t-tAKI28Gsmh
I'm trying to drill to a table builted in another page (in the original report, I don't have enought space to build a table in the same page) which cointain a table with the details of the orders of that month.
Setting the field "date" as drillthrought in the details page, I try to click the month value in the graph but the drill throught option does not appears.
A second strategy is to set the qty_kg as drillthrought, but in that scenario the filters keep the Class MAterial and in the detail table I'll see the quantities only for the class i clicked on. I don't want this detail but I can't remove the class material from the graph.
Do you have some suggestions?
Hi andreazambon
If you are using the built in calendar field then Date -Month need to be in the drill through to match the visual.
Visual using Date - Month
Drillthrough using Date - Month

Hi SamWiseOwl ,
GOT IT!
I just thought that with the date as drill filed PBI could understand that, in a graph with the month visualization, I would like to see the entire month.
Thanks

I agree, you'd think that it would work like that but it doesn't.
If you have never used a Calendar Table I would check them out:
