Drill through when clicked on matrix header

Is it possible to have a matrix and then add drill-through functionality to the header .. so when I click the header, it takes the next level .. 


I have Year -> quarter -> month as an Hierachy as columns .. but I would like just to click/double-click the header for a column, to take the next level .. 

 

Is that possible ?

    Hi truttafisker ,

     

    When you add a field with a hierarchical structure to a row in the matrix, and then right-click on the field in the row, you can choose Drill down, which will drill down to the next level:

    Hi truttafisker, no its not possible, but you can add Expand/Collapse Buttons to your Matrix Visual, which would achieve a similar effect.

      but can I add this as a column ?? do you have an example I could see ?

    it's not directly supported in the way you described. However, you can create a custom column (like a button or a text) in your matrix that, when clicked, will allow users to drill down or move to the next level. I do not have an example sorry
