Based on my understanding, you have two reports, when you click anywhere in report01, the report01 will display as report02, right?
I agree with Sean’s opinion. In Power BI desktop, drill down action is occur in the same visualization between different hierarchies. Please refer to this article: Drill down in a visualization in Power BI.
Currently, we are not able to replace one visualation with another visualation dynamically by drill down action. In your scenario, you need to create those two visualtions in the page, instead of interactive each other within report01.
