Drill down line graph without changing x-axis
Hi all,
Is it possible to drill down on a line graph the same way as a donut chart?
What I mean is, my donut chart starts by displaying two categories (surgery category 1 and 2) and when I click on category 1 the donut chart displays the 4 surgery subtypes for category 1. It will continue to drill down like this.
With a line graph however, I have rates on the y-axis and month on the x-axis. When I drill down from surgery category to surgery subtype the x-axis changes from month to subtype.
Is there a way to drill down a line chart without the x-axis changing? I would like it if I could click on surgery category 1 and then see a line graph with 4 lines for the subtypes, all while keeping the x-axis as date.

can you provide some sample data?
The data is laid out like below. This is for one year only, but it would continue untill 2024 the value for the projection column becomes 1 once the year hits 2022. I only included 2 surgery subtypes here to save space but there are 4 subtypes.
Is it possible to display surgury category on a line graph and when I click on a line (e.g., for category 1) the graph then changes to display the subtypes for that category (much like a donut chart). Thank you for your help!

Based on my testing, drilling down based on the legend of the line chart is not currently supported.
Please submit your idea here.
