"Double Filter"

Hi All,

 

I'm creating sales reports, based on territories/salesreps. I have a scenario now where one sales reps has moved a territory, so should no longer be visible in my report from aq certain date.

 

i.e: I want sales rep 1 - to have their numbers shown from January to August

As it is right now it pulls metrics past that date.

 

Theoretically i would like to have a filter that is filtering away sales rep1 data, post August 31st.

Is this possible?

    Technically this works, but i have to manually update the slicer every month, as i can't seem to select november and december as of this point. 

    Since this works for now, can you tell me how to hide the slicer visual from my dashboard, the 3 approaches i found on google does not help me. Using PowerBI Desktop,

    Hi Essq1337 ,

     

    If you want to hide the slicer visual, you can move this slicer into another page and hide it.

    Then sync this silcer with the visual page and publish your report to Power BI Service. And your customer couldn't find see the slicer page.

    Essq1337 , make two slicers, one for salesreps and other for date. Check the interactions between the slicers allowing them to affect each other. Select the salesrep and date for which the numbers are required.
