    Hi corange ,

    I create an example. Is this what you want?

    Current Staff 2 =
CALCULATE (
    COUNTROWS ( StaffPopulation ),
    FILTER (
        StaffPopulation,
        StaffPopulation[EndDate] = BLANK ()
            && StaffPopulation[StartDate] <= MAX ( Dates[Date] )
    )
)

    If not, please give me more details without sensitive information.
