daylight saving time ignored when report published

I have a report where I need to use the local time (UK) to calculate how long items have been overdue in minutes. 

When I use 'NOW()', PowerBi desktop is one hour ahead of the same report when it is published to the PowerBi service. 

e.g.  desktop will be '18:06', and the web version is '17:06'. 

Is there a solution to this?
