DAX Statement Subtraction - What am I missing?

I have three datasets, and the values I am attempting to create a calculation and take each of the variables below and subtract.

 

i.e. Sum of Total Apples - Sum of Gala Apples - Sum of Empire Apples = Total

 

Clearly my answer is indicating there is a problem in my DAX statement.  

 

Looking for input.

    Hey,

     

    it would be really helpful if you could share all your DAX statements.

     

    And by the way, I'm unsure about the word dataset, I guess you in your data model are three tables?
