1. CONCAT - date, person name, and response code
1) Syntax
The basic syntax of the Power BI CONCATENATE function is as follows:
CONCATENATE(<text1>, <text2>)2. Count the number of CONCAT per person using ALLEXCEPT

3. Wherever you have 1 means fail
