what is [Forecast Plan Cost]/&nbsp;[Forecast Q1 Cost]/&nbsp;&nbsp;[Forecast Q2 Cost]/&nbsp;[Forecast Q3 Cost]/&nbsp;&nbsp;[Forecast Q4 Cost]
What is your logic of this formula?
