What could be the possible output of below DAX expression?
FinalVal = VAR fetched = LASTNONBLANK(SELECTCOLUMNS(FILTER(RELATEDTABLE('Table1'),CONTAINSSTRING([Field1],"State")),"Total Time",[Field2]),TRUE())
return
IF(fetched = BLANK(), BLANK(), fetched/100)

gssarathkumar , seem like fetched contains last non-blank value of 'Field2' where 'Field1' contains the substring State
If there is a value, it has been divided by 100
