Dax conditional format multiple matrix tables

     I have over 15 of these matrix per page

    Red flag right there.  Use fewer visuals

     

    And no, you cannot copy conditional formatting between visuals.  What you can do is create one visual, set up conditional formatting, and then copy/paste to new visuals.
