I would ike to summarise in two table visuals the following

Average Repairs Spend by Property Age

Average Repairs Spend by Property Type

Base on the data sample provided I would expect these results

Avg repair spend by build age Build AgeTotal

1919-1944£807
1945-1964£374
1965-1982£818
1983-2002£790
Post 2002£722
Pre 1919£1,638

and

Avg repairs spend by property type Property TypeTotal

Four Bed House£1,645
One Bed Flat£371
One Bed House£995
Three Bed House£760
Two Bed Flat£679
Two Bed House£1,067

thank you

Richard

    Try this measure:

    Average Repairs Spend = AVERAGE ( Table1[Repairs Spend] )
