DAX - count inside group

Hi, I'm learing Power BI and have some difficulties constructing expression.

Here is my data:  Screen from excel, but in desktop I've created calculated column to represent "Date Label". Now in report (for example in table) I want to calculate total number for each category per Date Label and then divide this number on total records per Date Label.

Here is the screen illustrating what I'm trying to archive:  In short I want to group by Date Label and make a calculation for each category per Date Label.

I've tried calculated column, but it doesn't work, because calculated column works at the row context. I've tried also creating measure, but I'm no able to calculate a sum per Date Label.

Can you help me creating appropriate DAX formula?

Thanks Anonymous, from your answer in another thread I found the solution. But now I have another question :). I will start separate thread.

Actually I do a lot of development in .net, but never touched BI. A lot of question, but this is really really interesting and exciting, like a whole new world you was never aware of :)
