Dates slicer format

Hi guys,   I have a little issue with dates in a slicer. I am using date hierarchy in a slicer which is quite useful. Unfortunately, the issue is I can choose every single day even if they are not...

I am not sure to understand your solution. Sorry maybe I did not present my problem the right way.

My database is structured this way:

Each line corresponds to a specific company each employee are working on. So, of course, since it is on a weekly basis, I have several time the same date.

I would like to avoid having for example 01/01/2017...03/01/2017...04/01/2017 in my list since there are no line containing those dates in my database.

The solution I provided works. But like I said i'm assuming you have a Dim 1 → * Fact relationship. Your Dim is a date/calendar table. Based on your reply I don't think you're currently using a date/calendar table. Be sure to use one. Depending on your measure, you might not even need the measure I provided earlier.
