Date time format - thousands separator

Hi there,

 

Although I have everything in my local settings on the desktop, on the browser everything is on the american format. Both dates and currency.

 

I use chrome and already changed the browser language settings, also went to control panel. This is driving me nuts.

I believe it must be related with a recent windows 10 upgrade.
