Helper IIIDate table relationship monthly
Hello,
I have 2 tables I need to create a relationship between.
One Has Date by the first date of the month, so monthly Data
the other is a calendar table that is by date I have the first day of the month on there but will Many to many work?

mcornfield you set the relationship between date and month data, which will be one to many and in every visual, it will work fine. don't set many to many relationships between the month date column from the date table.

If I use the Calendar table to look at a whole month it only returns the results for the first of the month.

mcornfield isn't that what you want? If your transaction table has data for a month then that is what you are getting. I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve.
Maybe it will be easier if you provide sample data with the expected output.
