Date table for table with many dates

Hello, 

My model already has a date table connected to about four tables.    Each "important" date in those tables is connected to the date table.   All good there. 

I have another table...let's call it our sales lifecycle table....that has about six different dates in it.   Lead create date, account create date, opportunity create date, etc.     In my particular case, I do not need this table to relate to any other tables in my model...I will just report on the details of this table only in regards to that table  (for example I will not be putting other visuals on this same report page that are connected to other tables).     

Question:   

1.   I would like to have, for example, a visual showing lead create date, and another visual showing opportunity create date  (both by month).     If I put the values related to these (such as number of leads, number of opportunties) on the report canvas, and add their respective dates to each visual, then of course the dates in the visuals are related to their respective dates.  

Is there a way to have a "page level" filter for just this particular table  (Sales Lifecyle table), that would control all of the dates as sort of a "global filter"?    Or other ideas or solutions?     Just not sure the best way to handle this.
