Pricey79 , hey Sorry. 

 

I was missing to refre the Dates columns. 

 

Measure =
CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Value]),DATESINPERIOD('Table'[Date],LASDATE('Table'[Date]),-14,DAY))

 

Check with the above
