DataFormat.Error: Cannot convert to numeric.

Good

I have a report built on an excel, in one of the columns the values were numeric, now that value contains letters and numbers. When I substitute the excel for the new one with letters and numbers although I have passed the field to text data type I get the error message. When updating the info it puts the fields as data type number and although I change it back to text the error remains. Please can you help me? Thank you very much

  • Syndicate_Admin , You should make sure it should not change to numeric. Go to that step and stop data type change. In the same step convert it to text and overwrite the step

Or check why these is a error try to fix that data point

    Hi Syndicate_Admin ,

You need to change the type to text in the first step that reports an error, i.e. Int64.Type -> type text.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
    Best Regards,
