Data transformation help - Unpivot selected rows to columns

Hi BI experts out there, any help will be appreciated.

 

I have been struggling with this data transformation for the past couple of hours!

 

I want BI to maintain the first 4 columns (green), and unstack the row data (blue) across the columns 

 

 

 

So this is what I want after my transformation:

 

I try doing unpivot/unpivot columns, tranpose, etc. but all to no avail.

      Sorry, my company blocks file sharing sites, so that might be why it didn't upload.

       

      I don't have any ways to upload my pbix unfortunately, unless you are OK for me to email you directly?
