Can anyone explain why using the existing powerbi dataset is not the right option?

Hi YoungLearning - Actually , A Power BI dataset is the right option bacause of it allows us to leverage the existing data model and measures that have already been created. This minimizes the need for rework and redevelopment of the data model.
Using the existing dataset ensures consistency across different reports and dashboards. The measures and calculated columns in the dataset have been validated, reducing the risk of errors.
