i want to display the date with my title for a visual chart.??? is it possible????

    Create new measure 

    Title = Today & "-" & "Report Title Name"

        But i could n't add it to the Title . Say i have a bar Chart the title is "Sales ytd vs lytd" i want to make the date display with it like.

        "sales ytd vs lytd as on" "Date"  where date should be dynamic it should change regualrly.?? please help on that.
