Data loss in visualizations

In some cases not all data is displayed in visualizations (loss of data in reports).  Please see the example below.

Is there a way to prevent the data loss in visualizations/reports (e.g. always use full outer joins in relationships) ?

Note: one workaround is to stop using relationships altogether and merge tables, but with multiple large tables this is cumbersome and inefficient.
