Data load for 2nd report

If you want both data files in the same Power BI file, then don't delete anything. Add new data file to your Report 1 pbix file.

No, I do not want both data files in the same power bi file. Then, I guess delete first one completely before loading 2nd one.

I am not sure why you want to delete the 1st data file.
You can create a new Power BI file with the 2nd data file in it. This way you end up with 2 Power BI reports:
- Report 1 with Data File 1
- Report 2 with Data File 2
Sorry for delay. I was trying to understand impact of your solution. Yes, you were right. No need to delete one report before loading another. Thanks Pragati!
