Data in Visual Missing After Publishing

My visuals display fine in desktop version but after publishing the data doesn't display. Has anyone encountered and resolved this? Online, it will just display empty, like this. It seems to exlusively happen with line and bar graphs - never tables. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply. I updated my power bi desktop just in case. I'm getting this error when looking at the dataset. I imagine that might be the issue? Because the data loads fine on my local desktop file but once uploaded some graphs don't show data.

However, the connection to the dataset in the gateway seems fine.

      Hi Gloria01 ,

Can you try to download the pbix file from Service? Then open it on the Desktop, check if this problem will happen again.

Will this happen with a different browser? Clear your browser cache and try logging in again.

If it still errors, please provide your pbix file without privacy information for me to test.
