Data disappeared literally overnight
Yesterday, I made a matrix visual.
Today, when I opened the same file without making any changes, every row except "Бюджет" has disappeared. They are still present in the data because I can filter by them, but they are not on the visual, they don't appear if I choose a filter other than "Бюджет", and when I try to export the data, only "Бюджет" is getting exported.
I've tried to refresh the data and to remade the visual, but the problem persists. It's also present in other visuals (e.g., a multi-row card). The problem is not limited to me—I sent the file to a colleague yesterday, and they have confirmed that they had all four rows yesterday but only one row today despite not making any changes to the file.

check the filters applied on the visual, it may be a specific day filter and today is a new day so its not showing any data.
