Data Change time intelligence - since previous refresh date
Hi,
How does one show the change in data based on the previous refresh date?
I have list of data on sales pipeline by person that is directly fed from SFDC into my power BI dashboard. I'm trying to figure out a way of showing the change in pipeline data everytime I refresh the dashboard. How can I acheieve this?
Currently I have a custom column showing last refresh date against each row of data. But that changes everytime I refresh. So how does one capture the data from the previous refresh and do a time intellegence quick measure to show the difference against the latest refresh?

Currently, the Power Query will override the old data and only show the new data after refreshing. There is no possible way to capture and store historical data in Power BI.
As a workaround, if possible, you could store historical data in your source system where your data comes from. Or find a way to maintain all historical files locally. Each time you refresh data will generate a new file. Then, load data in each period from those files in desktop.
Such a requirement is similar to Incremental refresh, although it is not supported now, it is under review: Incremental Data Loads
