Helper IIIDashboard will not load

Hoping for some advice.
I have a dashboard that I have been working on for several months. I closed and saved the dashboard and the next day it would not load. IT ran some Microsoft updates overnight which potentially had an impact?
Our IT support is slow so I rolled back to an older version, was able to open it, made changes, saved and again was unable to open it the next day. I published the report and I am still able to open it in the app. Our IT setup does not allow us to download to external laptops so I can't test this out.
Our IT setup means there are no previous versions available, just those that I have saved as a backup.
Any advice would be brilliant, I stand to lose a lot of work!

Thank you for replying. There is no error message, the application just hangs.

It is not possible to determine the exact cause based on the information you have provided so far. Can you provide more detailed information? For example, what updates did IT make to Power Bi? Is it the whole dashboard that won't load or a particular report in the dashboard that won't load?
If it's a specific report that won't load, you can check to see if there's a problem with the gateway configuration of the semantic model for that report.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't really have much additional informatin. The dashboard itself won't load. It hangs on the 'working on it' message.
IT Helpdesk do not provide any detail on updates. They roll out Microsoft updates to all users on an adhoc basis which usually include any updates to software etc.
