Super UserI can't unpivot my data because I have too much calculation to do and and these calculations depend too much on the nature of the data.Unpivot your data.
Then in your matrix visual you can re-purpose the column total to show the average instead.

The average is one of the reason why I can't unpivot data, because it's not a simple average, but a weighted average dependent on a parameter.- lbendlin
You can implement that logic in the measure for the column total.
Remember that in a matrix visual each measure is calculated four times.
