Custom themes

Hello,
I may be misunderstanding your question, but Power BI already supports custom themes. You will need to create and use your own .json file, but these allow you to use custom themes. I already use my company's .json files as the theme for dashboards.

As ExcelMonke said, powerbi desktop supports custom themes. On the View ribbon, select the Themes drop-down button > Browse for themes.
