CURRENT YEAR ISSUE

Hi, can someone please help me out.. i cant get current year measure right ( image 1).. I can manually input "2023" see image 2 below to test it..

Syntax is:

.....Dates[Year] = Year( Today() )....

rsbin: one more question: is there difference if i use dates[year] = year(now()).. vs "today" ... i noticed "now" same result in this case, but not sure if there is any overall rule in the two.

  Now() gives you current Date and Time.
  
  I would stick with Today() since you are only looking for the YEAR.
