    Add a calendar table and build relationship.

    Measure =
TOTALMTD (
    SUM ( PrimaryTrades[GrossAmountOffer] ),
    DATEADD ( DATESMTD ( 'Calendar'[Date] ), -1, YEAR )
)

Hi,

 

Try this

 

=CALCULATE(SUM(PrimaryTrades[GrossAmountOffer]),DATESBETWEEN(PrimaryTrades[TradeDate],EOMONTH(TODAY(),-12)+1,EDATE(TODAY(),-12)))
