no problem. I did try below code block to modyfy my formulas and this works

Cumulative Sales = 
VAR MaxDate = MAX('DateTable'[Date])
RETURN
CALCULATE(
    SUM('Sales'[Amount]),
    FILTER(
        ALLSELECTED('DateTable'),
        'DateTable'[Date] <= MaxDate
    )
)
