Creating an Average Line/tooltip within a line chart

Would think this would be pretty easy but I'm having problems.  I have a Line Chart made setup with Date/Month as the Axis, Year as the legend, and my values are made up of a ton of individual values...
Need Help

    HI cjdillon ,

    AFAIK, current power bi does not support to use the legend and multiple values at same time. (power bi no support analyst multiple link graph at same time)

    You can remove the legend and write a measure to calculate specific values or create a custom report tooltip page with visuals to display them.
