Create Calculated Row using Previous Rows and Cell

Hi,

I need your help to create a balance visual that must include calculated row . I have included samples showing the main data table and what the output should look like. 

As shown below I want for december, 2022  to add the value of the previous cell balnce to the last 3 rows above minus the first row, so on and so on.
