    You can use a formula like this

    Sum by vendor = 
CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'YourTable'[Sum] ), ALLEXCEPT ( 'YourTable', 'YourTable'[Vendor] ) )

    You will need to change the table and field names to match your model.
