Create a DAX Summary table with data from Multiple tables

lotus22 add a measure, and use this in the visual instead of columns, change column name and table name as per your model.

lotus22 since you already have one to many relationships with the Divisions table which is great, just use a matrix or table visual, put Division column from Divisions table and Score from the respective table and it will work.
