Counts and measures wrong after data refresh

Any reason simple count data and simple measures would become incorrect after a refresh?   The tables where the data is stored seem to all have refreshed properly (more rows of data in all). And ...

Hello,

 

Maybe according to new realtions created Power bi sometimes use different path through these relations.

Would make sense to me if a measure or filter went through a relationship. But without any filters applied, I cannot think of a logical reason for this to be the problem. Also, it is ony data from this one table that seems to be affected. I guess I can try to disable a relationship that connects this data to the new data and see if that works... Otherwise I can close and reopen the file...
