Counting Null/Blank Values in Chart Also Using SUM

I am building a pie chart that I need to have the count of all rows. The data has 0, 1, and null. I have to use a sum of the data for each value I place in the pie chart because I only want to count the 1s, so I need the column to be a number and not text. 1 means they received services. As of right now, the total is not counting the null/blank cells. I need it to count the blank rows because that is still a person that needs to be counted. Is there a workaround? Am I missing something?

  • dwel0120 as  a matter of fact, Pie Chart is not very good visual and human brain is not good with angles, if there are 1-2 or maximum 3 categories, it is ok to use but that after that it is hard to understand the difference between different categories Anyhow, let us know if you still need further help.

I think I need to scrap the pie chart. Basically I have one column made of 0, 1, nulls. The end goal is to show the total number of rows and then the total number of 1s only.

    Hi dwel0120 ,

What you mean "total is not counting the null/blank cells"? Can you show some sample data and expected result to us?

I used count id and the result showed as below.

    Best Regards,
