    HI tejapowerbi123 ,

     

    Create a Calculated Column

     

    Column = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table2[Decision]),FILTER( ALLEXCEPT(Table2,Table2[Organization]), Table2[Decision] = "Award"))

Count = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Raw Data'),'Raw Data'[Decision]="Award")
