Count across multiple columns

Hi everyone,

Can someone help with this one please?

If I have various columns of data in Excel and in Power-Bi I need a measure (or new column) that counts all the 'Outstanding' rows across the 9 different columns and shows the total.

For example: Outstanding = 22

How can I do this?
