Couldn't load the data for this visual

 

I have an issue with several users having access to a report. I get the below error message. 

The users are added the the office 365 group that has access to this report, there is no row level security, and they all have Power BI Pro licenses. 

 

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

 

Then clicking the Show technical details link gets this message:

    Hi isheeley,

     

    The http status code is 401, which means unauthorized. Reference: https://httpstatuses.com/401.

    1. How do the users access to the report? Sharing a dashboard? Or in a APP workspace?

    2. What's the data source? Is it a SSAS mode?

      Hello,

       

      They are added to an Office 365 group and access it through an APP workspace. 

       

      The data is from MS Dynamics CRM Online, which is being accessed through a service account.
