Couldn't load the data for this visual - BW SOURCE

Hi all,

 

I create Maxtrix report in Web I and it can display data well (My column is Period Time [JAN 2017 - OCT 2018], row [Bill-to Party] and measure is Net Value).

 

But when I use Filter Period Time or Bill-to Party in report filter/ visual filter it have an error as below picture. 

 

For more information:

- I select DirectQuery and Implementation 1.0 when connect to BW Source

- I've used lastest verion of power bi

- I'm using Pro trial with my account. 

 

I've search for this issue but I can't find the solution. So can someone give me the solution for this, please?

    Binhnt,

    You are using Power BI Desktop November release, right? If so, please enable tracing in Power BI Desktop by going to File > Options and settings > Options ->Diagnostics . Then re-open your PBIX file and re-produce the above error message to collect trace log. You can share trace log through onedrive.

    By the way, do you apply latest update in your SAP Server?

      Thanks for your suggestion first.

      Could you please give me the solution and give me any clue?

       

      Besides, now I'm working on client's sap so I dont have right to access to clients' sap server. "By the way, do you apply latest update in your SAP Server?" . What should they need to do in this case?
