Copy Table
Hi to everyone
I have a table connected with dynamics 365, the records are only 3 month back, everyday it erase a day, is ther a way to copy this table and from now on the second table keeps the data and not erase the day?

skourtip if the old data gets removed in the PQ there is no way you can keep it. You have to change the logic in PQ so as not to filter the data.

Power BI is a "read only" system so it doesn't have the ability to store data from three months ago after a refresh.

You will either have to modify the source system , or put in an intermediate process in place to store a previous day snapshot of data, then have Power BI read in the source data and the snapshot, then do the comparison.

You might have to load the data from the table where the data gets cleared day by day to another table that is not cleared daily as a first step. Then, to that add, the latest data on a daily basis and you can use the same in Power BI report.
This way you can retain the data older than 3 months in the new table as well as add the latest data that comes everyday to that new table from the original source table. Power BI also can display the data older to 3 month as it is going to refer to the new table
I would suggest you create the table even before bringing the data to Power BI. Don't think the above approach can be fully done in Power BI itself
